Each year, Biarritz hosts the FIPA Festival: the 31th edition will take place from January 23th to 28th 2018.
Over several days, in between projections, exhibitions and debates, take long strolls through Biarritz and discover a selection of films from all over the world in the town’s different venues: Bellevue, Gare du Midi, Casino, Le Royal Cinema, Le Colisée and even at the multimedia library.
